The game and your account

1 in 65 million is a fictional life simulation for entertainment. You must sign in to play. Your choices and progress are saved to your account. The people, situations and outcomes are fictional and are not professional advice.

Free choices and lifetime access

Your first 5 major choices are free. The optional lifetime access costs US$9.99 as a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription. It unlocks continued play and new lives for the purchasing account while the service operates. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Refunds

A full refund is available for requests made within 3 hours after purchase. Email support@1in65million.org with the account email and order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and revoke the refunded purchase’s access. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Acceptable use and account action

Do not violate applicable law, interfere with the service, infringe others’ rights, or use the service fraudulently or abusively. If these terms are breached, or action is needed for security, legal or service risks, we may restrict features, suspend or terminate the account, or revoke paid access. Where reasonably possible we will give notice; urgent risks may require immediate action. Refunds are handled under the policy above.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided for entertainment “as is” and “as available”; it may be interrupted or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
