For the US$9.99 one-time lifetime access purchase, you may request a full refund within 3 hours after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@1in65million.org with your account email and order number. Please do not send card numbers or passwords.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Refunding the purchase revokes the associated paid access.

For purchases processed by Waffo, you may also submit a refund request through the Waffo buyer portal or Waffo customer service within the request period described in its buyer terms. Waffo reviews those requests under its own terms. Waffo buyer terms.
